The Beasts of the Mesozoic 2026 lineup has been announced, and the Kentrosaurus has been teased. If you caught the Creative Beast Studio live stream last Thursday, you saw the first look at their painted prototype of the Beasts of the Mesozoic Kentrosaurus, as seen below! The photos also show off the spike placement feature. It can be displayed with shoulder spikes or hip spikes, giving the beast multiple display options!
But, that was just a teaser for what’s to come. The company will officially announce the first wave of Beasts of the Mesozoic and Cenozoic for 2026. They are currently planned for a spring release, with preorders beginning this winter.
New beast include:
- Woolly Rhino (Coelodonta antiquitatis)
- Kentrosaurus aethiopicus
- Kelenken guillermoi
- Ceratosaurus nasicornis
- Dire Wolf (Aenocyon dirus) 1/12th
- Moeritherium lyonsi
- Spicomellus afer
- Acrocanthosaurus atokensis
Creative Beast Studio also said that the Tyrannosaurus rex will return next fall, and Spinosaurus is expected in Q1 of 2027.
