New Savage Crucible figures stole the show at Wonderfest 2025 with the first public look at Wave 4. I told you that these would be previewed back at the end of September, and they look amazing! Thanks to photos shared by 5K Toys, fans got a closer look at these incredible prototypes, which continue to push the boundaries of 1:12 scale fantasy action figures.

Wave 4 introduces three new characters that expand the Savage Crucible mythos:

• Frazetta’s Kubla Khan – Making his debut in action figure form for the very first time, this figure is based on a classic sketch by legendary fantasy artist Frank Frazetta.
• Naa’Om Arkon – A fearsome Nagaari warrior born from dark magics, featuring an intricately detailed serpentine body.
• Set’Karra the Dunereaper – Another menacing addition to the Nagaari species, adding even more depth to the line’s otherworldly lore.

Each Nagaari figure includes three unique head portraits, with two sporting articulated jaws, hinged fold-down fangs, and removable tongues, a testament to the line’s impressive engineering and attention to detail.

Fans can catch a deeper dive into these upcoming figures on the Savage Crucible YouTube channel, where the team breaks down Wave 4’s designs and lore. An official solicitation with new photography and full bios is coming soon, so collectors should keep their eyes peeled for preorders and official release details.

The new Savage Crucible figures from Wave 4 promise to continue the line’s tradition of high-quality craftsmanship and imaginative world-building, cementing Savage Crucible as one of the most exciting independent toy lines in the hobby today.
