Valaverse has given fans a first look at Blackbeard, one of the figures from its upcoming line “The Black.” The company shared on Instagram that early production samples (EP samples) have just arrived, and they’re already looking impressive. According to Valaverse, there are only a few small details to refine, including cleaning up some flow marks on the forehead, before the figure moves further along in production.

Fans can expect “The Black” to take center stage across Valaverse’s social media channels in the coming months, as the line is set to release this spring. Excitingly, Valaverse also revealed that there will be an exclusive “The Black” figure debuting at Zolocon 2026, giving collectors something special to hunt for early next year.

In addition, Valaverse confirmed that its video channel will be returning soon, featuring new content focused on “The Black.” The company hinted that they might even bring the Blackbeard samples to LegionsCon for an in-person look, potentially giving fans their first real-world preview of what’s shaping up to be one of next year’s most anticipated new figure lines.
