The adventuring party is almost complete. Four Horsemen Studios has officially unveiled the third “Base Player Figure” for their highly anticipated Mythic Legions: The Roleplaying Game Kickstarter: the Heroic Wizard.

Revealed during a live broadcast by the Legions Ladies, this new figure follows the previously shown Heroic Cleric and Elf Rogue, rounding out the core classes for the studio’s foray into the tabletop gaming space.

Affordable Entry into Mythoss

In an effort to make the RPG accessible to both tabletop gamers and toy collectors, Four Horsemen Studios is introducing these figures at a special $29.99 price point during the Kickstarter campaign.

Despite the lower price compared to standard waves, the Heroic Wizard is packed with brand-new tooling and accessories:

  • New Sculpting: Features a brand-new head sculpt, lower arms, and specialized gloves.
  • Unique Armor: Includes a newly sculpted skirt and loincloth piece, plus a removable belt and shoulder pauldrons.
  • Wizard Essentials: Comes with a magic staff and two sets of interchangeable hands to cast spells or grip gear.

The “Character Pack” System

One of the most innovative features of the Mythic Legions RPG line is the modularity. The Heroic Wizard is designed to work with a corresponding Character Pack (priced at $14.99).

These packs allow players to “level up” or completely re-spec their figure. By swapping parts from the pack, you can change the character’s profession (class) or even their species (race), allowing the same base figure to represent multiple characters in your campaign. Since these are built on the “Legions Library” system, they are also 100% compatible with every other Mythic and Cosmic Legions figure in your collection.

“The launch is getting closer and closer as the end of February approaches,” the studio shared. “Stay tuned for a date announcement and lots more reveals soon!”
