Action figure fans received an unexpected jolt of excitement today as Valaverse announced a major shift in their upcoming release schedule. In a surprise newsletter udpate, the company revealed that its highly anticipated shipment of The Black and Series 6 figures has arrived at the warehouse much earlier than originally anticipated.

Instead of waiting until next week to unleash these new items on the collecting world, Valaverse is moving the launch date up. Action figure fans will be able to order the brand-new figures this Friday, May 22nd, before Noon EST on Valaverse.com.

The Early Lineup: Who Is Dropping?

The surprise drop includes an impressive roster of highly sought-after characters that fans have been waiting to add to their shelves. When the digital storefront updates on Friday morning, collectors will have immediate access to:

  • Blackbeard
  • Vane
  • Corsair A
  • Corsair B
  • Jester
  • Lt. Hyun
  • Malice

While the early availability is incredible news for fans eager to secure their pieces, Valaverse has issued a crucial logistical caveat regarding order fulfillment.

Shipping Timelines and Processing Expectations

Even though ordering opens this Friday, Valaverse plans to process the bulk of these orders during the week of June 8th. The delay in shipping is due to the team attending the upcoming DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) show, coupled with some scheduled employee vacation time.

For fans attending the DFW show in person, there is excellent news: you will still be able to purchase these brand-new figures directly at the event.

Because the team expects to handle thousands of incoming orders, Valaverse is strictly requesting patience from the community. A company spokesperson emphasized that fans should refrain from sending customer service messages regarding order status prior to June 15th. In fact, the company stated that any status inquiry messages received before June 15th will not receive a reply, as the skeleton crew will be entirely focused on tape-and-label fulfillment to get packages out the door.

A Coordinated Memorial Day Sale

Initially, Valaverse had planned a traditional Memorial Day sale for Monday. However, to help fans maximize their value and take advantage of flat-rate shipping, the company is pivoting. The Memorial Day sale is now being moved up to start this Friday, May 22nd, at 12:00 AM EST, running through Monday, May 25th, at 11:59 PM EST.

This allows collectors to combine their purchases of the brand-new Series 6 items and discounted inventory into a single order. However, buyers must keep a few critical rules in mind:

  1. No Discounts on New Items: The Black and Series 6 items are not eligible for the Memorial Day discount. The sale applies strictly to items that are currently in-stock prior to the Friday launch.
  2. Tiered Savings: The promotion utilizes a tiered system based on the order total of eligible items:
    • Spend $1 to $99: Get 15% off
    • Spend $100 to $299: Get 20% off
    • Spend $300+: Get 30% off
  3. Tier Calculation Warning: The discount tier is calculated solely on sale-eligible items. For example, if a cart total is $110, but it includes a new $32 Series 6 figure, the eligible total is only $78. This means the order falls into the 15% off tier, not the 20% tier.

Strategy for Valaverse Action Figures Fans

Because the Memorial Day sale kicks off at midnight (12:00 AM EST) on Friday, but the new Series 6 items won’t go live until later in the morning (before Noon EST), Valaverse is advising fans to exercise patience. To save on shipping costs, fans may want to hold off on finalizing their carts until the new figures are officially live on Valaverse.com later that morning.

Prepare your accounts, plan your tiers, and get ready for a massive weekend of Valaverse action figures collecting!
