For fans of Glyos-compatible indie toys, a new release has just been announced. The creative forces behind Warlords of Wor have revealed their latest figure: the diabolical Baron Ironblast.

This highly anticipated figure will make its debut as an exclusive release at the upcoming Ohio Toy & Comic Show. The event is set to take place on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati North in West Chester, Ohio.

Expanding the Lore of Wor

The drop introduces compelling new lore into the post-apocalyptic, sci-fi/fantasy universe of Wor. The story setup details a fracturing monarchy where the King has ordered the decommissioning and recall of nearly all frontier outposts due to depleted Guard forces. This tactical retreat leaves an immense power vacuum across the frontier lands, one that the villainous NAJA faction is moving swiftly to exploit.

At the center of this new conflict is the Guerrillax Temple, an ancient site tucked deep within the Trenarian Jungle. Recently abandoned by its security detail, the temple has been seized by Baron Ironblast, the head of NAJA’s research and development division. Driven by a hunger for powerful discoveries to create cutting-edge ordnance and mind-controlled armies, the Baron has brought heavy reinforcements. He commands a full battalion of Red Phantoms, an experimental ASP v2, and an elite company of Lab Ninjas to unlock the deep secrets of the temple.

Figure Specs and Customization Options

From a toy design perspective, the Warlords of Wor Baron Ironblast release offers great value and customization potential for fans. Utilizing the fan-favorite Glyos system created by Onell Design, the figure features 10 points of “pop-and-swap” articulation. This design choice guarantees complete parts-interchangeability with other lines utilizing the same joint system.

Beyond the base figure, the convention package is packed with extra pieces to encourage custom building.

Package Contents:

  • Base Baron Ironblast figure (10 points of articulation)
  • 13 additional body parts, weapons, and gear accessories
  • Show-exclusive Ironblast Helm

Because of the generous part count, collectors are not limited to building just one version of the villain. The set includes enough modular components to assemble Baron Ironblast in his full armor, build a generic Lab Ninja henchman, or mix and match the pieces to craft completely unique characters.

Convention Exclusive Details

As a dedicated convention exclusive, fans looking to add this piece to their collections will need to head to the show floor this weekend. It will be available only while supplies last at the event space.

  • Event: Ohio Toy & Comic Show
  • Date: Sunday, May 24, 2026
  • Location: Holiday Inn Cincinnati North (West Chester, Ohio)

Given the inclusion of the exclusive helm and extra ninja parts, indie toy fans will want to make a break for the Warlords of Wor table early before stock runs out.
