Chicken Fried Toys (CFT) just announced a few JoeFest 2026 plans. In a recent social media update, the company broke their silence regarding what they are bringing to the convention floor. While global shipping logistics always keep creators on their toes, attendees are in for a massive treat with several highly anticipated items hitting the booth in limited quantities.

If you are hunting for the latest 1/18 scale Western action figure gear, Chicken Fried Toys JoeFest 2026 is going to be a mandatory stop on your convention floor checklist.

Early Birds Get the Upgraded Gear

CFT shared that they have secured a limited amount of advance inventory specifically for the convention. The standout highlight of this surprise drop is the arrival of 200 advance copies of the Very Vintage Vigilante parts. These pieces were expedited ahead of the main ocean shipment, ensuring that attendees can get their hands on them weeks before anyone else.

Because air shipping a specialized batch comes with significantly higher freight costs, the company clarified that these early units will be sold directly at the show. Any remaining stock left over after the weekend concludes will then be used to help fulfill outstanding pre-orders.

In addition to the accessory parts, the booth will also feature the first 200 copies of the Cow-BRUH! Boss & Bandit figures. This pair is following the exact same release strategy as the vintage parts. They were flown in early to give convention attendees a premier look and immediate purchasing access. The brand extended a special thanks to their manufacturing factory for rushing these units out the door just in time for the big weekend.

Shipping Delays Hit the Bean Drops

It wouldn’t be modern toy manufacturing without a few logistical hurdles. While the early arrival of the vigilante parts and Cow-BRUH! figures is excellent news, Chicken Fried Toys also shared some disappointing news regarding another planned release.

The newest wave of their popular “Beans” figures has officially been hit with an unexpected factory delay. This mirrors a similar situation that took place last year, which the creator jokingly described as an “unending saga.” While fans will have to wait just a bit longer to add those specific pieces to their shelves, the sheer volume of other new items available at the booth should easily keep collectors happy.

Booth Reveals and More

Beyond the high-demand physical inventory available for purchase, the booth will serve as a hub for upcoming reveals. Attendees will be able to check out brand-new paint masters up close, providing a detailed look at the engineering and paint applications planned for future release waves. The team will be fully available to chat with fans, discuss the development process, and showcase what is next on the horizon for the line.

Make sure to adjust your budget and your floor plan accordingly. With only 200 copies available for both the Very Vintage Vigilante parts and the Cow-BRUH! Boss & Bandit figures, these limited items are highly likely to disappear quickly during the opening hours of the event. Head over to the Chicken Fried Toys space early, secure your advance merchandise, and check out the future of independent Western action figures.
