Frank Frazetta’s iconic warrior is closer than ever to arriving on display shelves. Savage Crucible recently provided an update for preorder customers waiting on the highly anticipated Death Dealer figure, outlining critical logistical dates, address correction protocols, and final payment deadlines.

Death Dealer U.S. Port Arrival and Fulfillment Schedule

The shipping container carrying the Death Dealer figures is officially scheduled to reach the U.S. port on September 24. Once the shipment arrives, the goods must undergo standard customs clearance before transport to the Savage Crucible warehouse.

Fulfillment will occur in distinct waves:

• Direct Preorders: Direct customers will receive shipment notifications first, with fulfillment slated for early Fall.
• Retail Partners: Distribution to partner retailers will follow immediately after direct preorders are fully processed and dispatched.

Critical Deadlines for Preorder Holders

Savage Crucible outlined two non-negotiable cutoffs that require immediate attention from current order holders to ensure seamless delivery.

Address Change Requests Due September 18

Anyone who placed a direct order through SavageCrucible.com and has moved since booking their figure must update their shipping information promptly.

Send all address update requests to cs@savagecrucible.com featuring:

1. The original order number.
2. The updated, complete mailing address.

All address changes must be submitted by end-of-day September 18 to guarantee the parcel routes to the correct destination.

Final Payment Deadline Extended to September 23

Customers utilizing the installment payment option have received an extension to clear their remaining balances. All outstanding balances must be settled in full by end-of-day September 23.

Invoices were originally sent out in July from cs@savagecrucible.com. If the invoice isn’t visible in your primary inbox, check spam or search for communications from that address. Customers unable to locate their payment link must email customer service immediately for assistance.

Unpaid payment plan orders will be permanently canceled after the September 23 cutoff.
