BigBadWorkShop just unlocked the final character tier for its original NPC (Non-Playable Characters) figure line. Pre-orders are officially live for the Mob Thug (Basic) 1/12 scale action figure, giving collectors the ultimate heavy to stand behind their main villains.

Whether you need a low-level enforcer to populate a gritty city diorama or a classic muscle-for-hire to get beat up by your favorite superheroes, this figure fills a vital gap on the shelf.

The Heavy Every Action Figure Collection Needs

Every criminal mastermind needs someone to handle the street-level business, and the Mob Thug fits that archetype completely. He isn’t the mastermind calling the shots; he is the guy who gets the call when a point needs to be made.

BigBadWorkShop designed this figure around the classic underworld enforcer aesthetic—the familiar face lingering in the background, keeping his hands clean until a job requires otherwise. Having generic, high-quality goons elevates an entire display, giving your lead hero or villain figures something, and someone, to interact with in dynamic poses.

Specs, Articulation, and Accessories

Built to standard 1/12 scale, the Mob Thug stands at 6 inches tall and features over 20 points of articulation, allowing for realistic combat poses, casual leaning stances, or action-heavy display options.

Figure Specifications:

• Scale: 1/12 (6 inches / 15.24 cm)
• Material: Durable ABS/PVC plastic
• Line: Original NPC (Non-Playable Characters) brand
• Articulation: 20+ points

Why the NPC Line Appeals to 1/12 Scale Collectors

The NPC line focuses on building out the background world of toy photography and shelf displays. Instead of locking collectors into a specific comic book or movie franchise, these figures serve as versatile blank slates that fit seamlessly alongside standard 6-inch lines from major manufacturers. The included machine gun and swappable hands ensure he is ready for immediate deployment into your existing displays.

Pre-orders are available now through BigBadToyStore and the official BigBadWorkShop portal.
