Seeing the Nightwolf combat vehicle prototype in person at the Creative Realms booth at JoeLanta was a major highlight of the floor. Designed by URU Toys and produced in collaboration with Ramen Toy, this modular transport vehicle packs serious military styling and heavy detail into a 1:18 scale footprint.

Engineering Built for 1:18 Scale Displays

The first thing that hits you when looking at the Nightwolf is the sculpt work. URU Toys and Ramen Toy nailed the rugged, functional look that action figure collectors expect from modern 1:18 military vehicles. Every panel line, hatch, and hardpoint feels intentional rather than decorative.

For fans building out dioramas or setting up display shelves, scale accuracy is make-or-break. The Nightwolf delivers a proportioned silhouette that sits right alongside classic 3.75-inch lines and modern 1:18 figures without looking out of place.

Modular Functionality and Heavy Military Styling

Beyond the initial sculpt work, the real selling point here is modularity. The prototype on display shows off various mounting points and layout options, giving collectors freedom in how they outfit the vehicle for combat displays.

Key features highlighted on the floor include:

  • Heavy military armor plating and reinforced chassis detailing.
  • Modular attachment points for weapons and gear loadouts.
  • Cab and transport space optimized for standard 1:18 scale figures.
  • Collaborative manufacturing quality backed by Ramen Toy.

The vehicle was shown in three different colorways: Beige, Black, and red.

Whether you plan to use it as a dedicated troop transport or a heavily armed scout unit, the flexibility built into this piece gives it massive play and display potential.

What’s Next for the Nightwolf?

With the prototype drawing plenty of attention at JoeLanta, eyes are now on production timelines and preorder details. Creative Realms, URU Toys, and Ramen Toy continue to show how independent creators are filling the gap for high-quality, scaled vehicles in today’s market.
